Quality: 5 Bums Up!
Overall: 5 Bums Up!
A diapering epiphany (e-poo-phany) – page 148
Ease of Use: 5 Bums Up! I love this book. I wish that it had been available 18 months ago when I was researching all of my options for cloth diapering The Gnome. It is broken down into 11 easy chapters that cover everything from why you should cloth diaper to cloth diaper lingo. It covers daddies, poo, and laundry. Everything you need to know about cloth diapers is covered in this book and it is a quick and easy read. I love to recommend the daddy chapter to my friends who want to switch to cloth but are getting resistance from their partners.
Quality: Definitely 5 Bums Up for quality! All of the pictures are vibrant and beautiful, it makes a great gift. I loved looking at all of the pictures of my favorite cloth diapers too! Especially pages 15 & 50 (guess you have to buy the book to find out which ones I’m talking about)!
Overall: 5 Bums Up overall. I loved this book so much that I bought 2 more copies. I gave one as a shower gift (along with a bumGenius Freetime in Lovelace) to a mama that wasn’t planning on cloth diapering. I kept the other copy to loan out to friends who’re interested in cloth diapering and it has already visited two of them! I recommend it for anyone interested in learning about cloth diapering. I also recommend it to any cloth diaper advocates that want an easy way to give interested mamas a bunch of information.
