It’s funny because I don’t vacuum – that’s Hubby’s job!

I think I’ve mentioned before that Halloween is my favorite holiday. We usually go all out each year. We decorate our yard like a cemetery (although since we’re getting rid of a bunch of things, Halloween decorations are on their way out too) and we dress up like zombies.

Hubby and I met on November 1st 2009 (and married on Dec. 10th 2009). When we met, I still had multicolored hair from my zombie clown costume the night before! I love creating my costume from scratch but the first year The Gnome was born, I just didn’t have time. I was really bummed to miss out that year.

I probably should have checked out Wholesale Halloween Costumes. They have tons of popular costumes for way cheap! This one is only $35 and everything was included. Hat, bow tie, dress, bloomers, and stockings. Can’t beat that!

    That costume is adorable! I’m so excited to dress up my little man this year! I know I’ll only get a couple of years where I get to pick (or heavily influence ;-) his costuming choices so I plan to make the most of it!!!

    I’m glad to see I’m not the only one thinking of Halloween costumes in June. I like the idea of zombies, and I know that my husband would love it. But this year my 3 year old has requested that we be superheroes.

    Such a cute costume. It can be convenient to buy all the pieces together. It’s not like any of those things are hard to find, but with little ones it’s nice to not have to worry about all the pieces individually.

    That costume is so cute! I love Halloween too; it has always been my favorite holiday. Even as a child, I looked forward to Halloween even more than Christmas! This year, I am moving to another state right around Halloween and may not have time to make my own costume like I had planned, so I will keep Wholesale Halloween Costumes in mind!

    I love to go all out on halloween especially with the makeup and costumes! I actually thought about doing effects makeup for a living, but it’s a lot more schooling and traveling than i can handle! I’m hoping I can pass my love of all things fall and halloween onto my little girl this year!

    That costume is just too cool. I use to decorate for Halloween all out too. Pumpkins, Mums, decorations…the whole 9 yards but unfortunately we moved into a condo without a balcony so not much decorating to be had. I do still decorate the interior and our cat when I can fight my husband to allow me to put little outfits on him. He hates them but he tolerates them (the cat that is) long enough for a picture. :) Love your site. :)

    I thought I was the only one who’s husband does the vacuuming!  My husband’s vacuum is like his toy he doesn’t like to share.  By the way, I love your costume.  I think I have been inspired to wear one to HEB sometime just because.  LOOK out if you are still in town!

    We aren’t permanently settled yet so I’ve really held off buying holiday specific decorations. I really do love Halloween though and look forward to the day we are permanently settled and I can deck out my house for Halloween.
