About the blog:

Since I found out I was pregnant I have stumbled across so many blogs that have helped me. As a terrified new mom there is something to be said about discovering that there are countless other parents out there going through the same thing as you. I’ve googled things such as, “why does my mouth taste like pennies?” or “how many hours a day should a 2 month old sleep?” more often than I can count. I frequently come across blogs written by amazing women (and men). Parents who are just like me, trying to get by and helping others who are just trying to get by. If I can help just one person the way that those bloggers helped me, then I’m doing alright.

I will share my experiences as a new mommy. I’ll admit I know nothing (although I thought I knew everything when I was pregnant), I’ll complain about not sleeping and supply issues, I’ll pass along amazing deals on products I love, and I’ll blather about whatever I’m excited about at the moment.

Our stories are sooooooo similar. Thank you for this blog. Of all the ones I’ve read, yours has touched me the most! Your humor coupled with the honest overwhelming vulnerability of new-mom-ness makes for a charm that most don’t show.
I will be a devout reader but also a supporter as I am right there with you sista! I <3 the gnomes mom.

Ps. How adorable is the gnome? Congrats!

Thank you so much! It’s always good to get nice, honest feedback. I don’t know what I’m doing and to pretend like I did would be a lie! I rely on other mommies to get me through every single day!

I love your blog.  I think I’ve told you this before but I’m pretty sure you’re one of the only “known” bloggers who actually posts real posts about real events in your life.  Too many people write only sponsored posts.
